I have the honour to congratulate you on your re-election as President of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

Under your leadership, I look forward to further strengthening the cooperation between your Government and my Office to find solutions for the people who remain displaced in Azerbaijan, and to further develop the asylum and refugee procedures of your country in line with the highest European standards.

I wish to take this opportunity to reiterate my appreciation for the more than 20 years of cooperation and partnership between Azerbaijan and UNHCR.
